ADHD & Autism Assessment

Formal ADHD assessment for adults:

- Neuro-affirming assessment using the DIVA-5.

- 2 interview hours (approx.); online or in office options (in person sessions incur additional fees). 

- Feedback session (online only).

- Option 1 (the above plus a Letter) - $1400.

- Option 2 (the above plus Comprehensive Report) - $1800.

ADHD is a form a neurodivergence and the assessments and letters/reports that I provide are expressed in a strengths-based and neuro-affirming way that reflects this.

Formal Autism assessment for adults:

- Neuro-affirming assessment using the MIGDAS-2.

- 3 interview hours (approx.); online or in office options (in person sessions incur additional fees). 

- Feedback session (online only).

- Option 1 (the above plus a Letter) - $1600.

- Option 2 (the above plus a Report for NDIS) - $2000.
